The end of another year

so, 2011. zoom, and here we are again at the end of another year.

this year was like any other year, or from another point of view unlike any other year. full of ups and downs, but the down was way down.. faced the greatest disappointment in my life. don’t think i’ll ever get over it (still not over it now), but life goes on. all we can only do is accept. guess i’ve somewhat deserved it, but one is always hoping for a miracle, no?

however i’m thankful for those who stayed. i know i’ve been a terrible friend but i will try to improve in 2012… i’ll be a better person. a better daughter, gf, friend, student. i’ll try my best. time not to have any regrets.

on the brink of adulthood, i can hardly believe it. my state of mind hasn’t actually even left that of a child, who am i to turn 20? but yet time stops for no one.

my thoughts right now are so scattered. i’m worried for the future, seems bleak most of the time. but i’ll try my hardest to find the light at the end of the tunnel.

thanks for not turning out worse, 2011. i’ll hope 2012 is not the end of the world because there’s still so much more i haven’t done, so much more i haven’t seen. here’s to hoping 2012 will be much more than what i hope it’ll be.

"Avoid destructive thinking. Improper negative thoughts sink people. A ship can sail around the world many, many times, but just let enough water get into the ship and it will sink. Just so with the human mind. Let enough negative thoughts or improper thoughts get into the human mind and the person sinks just like a ship."

Seriously. I need an exciting life. This routine and mundane life is KILLING ME SLOWLY
